Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All Barnwood Balms products are made in small batches by hand. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During high order volume, holidays, or restock periods, processing times may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority, depending on weight and size). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Barnwood Balms is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by USPS. If an issue arises, we’re happy to help you file a claim or track down your order where possible.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Barnwood Balms is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
